No work life balance for people who work in stores..have to work from morning 9 to night 9. Fevoritism sometimes I felt , promotions only for name sake bcs only position name change but no change in work.. they making us to work extra during offer times ..but no extra payment . and also make us to come early for meetings in the name of productivity.

RONSON- The influential Manager of Harsha 2 is really bullying, irritating and torturing us daily, showing undue influence on us daily, targetting the people who are working promptly without any politics here in the store, he is making group politics between staffs, everything else is excellent in store, we kindly request the management that please remove him from manager post, or transfer him somewhere else, where he can not bully others, already many honest, potential employees resigned because of him, we are facing pathetic condition here because of him, which we can not say disclose infront of everyone, please try to understand...it is not only my opinion many staff facing the same issue

Working hour is terrible we came to work at 9:30 am and goes back at 9 to 9:30 pm Some of staff are very rude they don't no how to behave with others expecially with new joinees

No proper increment,no incentives only high pressure.12 to 14 hours of work without OT benifit..Only suitable for freshers..If festival comes means its just a jail for you

SOP' s are effectively carried out during COVID 19. Stores are hygienic

Management behaves like "Dritarashtra", they can't see what is the fact, simply they will judge you based on your's seniors comments, don't even check the actual fact
