The best part about Pragyanam has been that as long as they could, they neither asked anyone to leave during the pandemic, nor did they refuse salaries. They are very easy to talk to and they have been excellent mentors to me at a very personal level. I always knew that if I needed to talk to, I could simply walk up to them and they would hear me without being judgmental. They developed a very safe space for each person with a very amicable environment all the time. They always stood up rock steady on all of their commitments and kept their words no matter its size or volume. I have been a very happy and satisfied employee since the time I joined. The other thing I can mention here, is they provided me free creche for 5 days in the month during my training days when my husband had been traveling for work. I was awed by their gesture, consideration, accommodating to my needs and genuinely accepting me as a part of their fraternity.

Dislikes

Since I joined them just 15 days before the lockdown of COVID-19, I had little physical interaction with everyone at school. I missed going to the school and I missed being in the weekly meetings at school.
