Bhavani hyd branch head and his close friend sreenivasa rao are both guys damaged the entire orgnaization for their personal benefits and encouraging who are not working and throwing dog biscuits to them I have worked almost 5 years and came out with dissatisfaction.

There were no discussions on the floor when mandatory work rules were implemented. They don't give employees any opportunity to voice their opinions about the rules. They don't give any importance to employees decisions.

Working with Super cool and Strategic -Shri.Jagdish Simhadri (Head of Data Engineering), Nice Product owner and Super Genuine colleagues, Shri Jagdish Simhadri has lot of experience to handle Big data and he build very good team to drive the datas with zero fails - rare person i saw in my professional career

Really knowledgeable people and have tremendous skill, a prospering company with a high scope and has multiple events plus free snacks every Thursday

cultural diversity is a problem especially for north Indians since everyone speaks Telegu

No Benefit of WFH or Hybrid, Management is not flexible with work timing. P.S: My personal experience was not good working for the org but, it might differ individual to individual, and BU to BU.
