...to take things for granted once you are polite to him & tolerate his harrasment.He will try to hire candidate by giving high salary bracket but will still to British era pay package while negotiating.Dont ever join them without appointment letter as they hardly issue anyone & will cancell your offer puttng it verbally but it would be too late for you then & will spoil your career entirely.They dont have any ethics & not good at paying salary within expected date.There is no benefits ,no leave & extremely poor culture.So will not recommend any one to join this company.They often post advertisement in different name like " pragati Agri"" pragati udyog "Pragati edible" but all are owned by same owner "R Agarwal & partner "So Be aware & satisfy all check points if you ever would like to join this company.Boss is just a nagging person & very confused.
