No appraisals from 2years, no hikes, salary deductions due to Covid.

No job security, Salary structure is worst, No loans can be availed coz this is listed as D which is the least grade u wil not be eligible. Limited cafeteria, No room for extra curricular activities. Worst company I have ever worked with.

... why it is very difficult to continue to work on someone's work. Growth is slow. Company's policies of giving work load to employees is not fair at all compare to the compensation he/she received.

I am with pradot past 8 years, I am sure this is best work ever, the work culture is good, Actually the management ia okay I can give 3star out of 5.

When it comes to the carrier growth IJP it is not work for all and to be frank no growth once you get into a team, most probably you would have stuck there.

The first thing that comes to my mind is that there is no work pressure, flexible, lot to learn, and job security. If you don't have any commitment, then this company is best.

Working in Pradot technologies is a great experience.... I was able to balance both family and work very well and also enjoyed working their for 2 years. Unfortunately Angie's people stopped out sourcing the job. Its fine!!! Because they provided jobs which should be done at office.

Dislikes

They gave only option to work at office. Angies stopped giving process of cancellation work in the year 2015...yet now they didn't start any work from home jobs...I regret to say this.....
