A good working Environment as well as relationship between the Management staffs, colleagues as well as the junior staffs. It motivates me into know how to design Civil Engineering works both Architecturally as well as Structurally. It also enables me to be able to develop my analytical and technical skills in the preparation of Bills of Engineering Measurement & Estimation as well as writing an excellent technical report and also raising of Certificate of valuation for the company.
