Because of frequently Changing of Areas of Sales Personnel in less than two or three years causes huge loss in growth of sales. And due to this career growth has become slow for some extent.

Good environment and career growth.appraisal hike was very good. Minimum 10-15% and maximum 20-25%.

Dislikes

Management and Managers Of E-BOOK department do not value an individuals unique strength, which is why I have to take back suggestions most of the times. Seniors only for reporting no one can work properly and always politics for juniors employee.

I liked in Prachi India Pvt. Ltd. :- Travelling, Work life balance, learning good things, Respect. I enjoyed 3 year and learnt so many skills which are helping me in current job. Actually Prahi had given area of whole Jharkhand so know the entire market opportunity.

Salary appraisal was not good. Innovation was not too good.
