Neither he should jump to conclusions after listening to one more he should negelec any one.. The person who is unit head doesn't deserve to be one... Allways have an attitude to lower the moral of his team. May be he is a good person personally but professionally he is a useless Leader

There was no any reason to make disappointed by working with this organization that gives many more facilities to alive. One thing is that the local staff is boring and not fully qualified for many post but they all have much experience to working in schedule.
