Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a medium size canteen for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good communication to staff.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

There is nothing in this company that you can like..there is no culture, no work ethics

Everything that you can think about. The chairman has a vision but not translated down effectively. One of the directors is her daughter in law. Holds a position and bosses around but is among the most unprofessional and underserved person you can have in the system. One should keep family and business apart but I don't think that is the culture here. Doesn't understand basic stuff of business but potrays as if she knows everything..guess mom in law has to keep daughter in law 😁 happy..otherwise she is unemployable..she is just one case..everywhere it's the same situation. People with talent leave as soon as they get an opportunity..a cotorie of sorts exists..just survival..and whiling away time to the best extent possible. No future..

The only good part during my job period in Prabhudas was the branch was running without any branch head or branch manager

Company has no work ethics. Terrible behavior by seniors. No proper HR rule followed. No proper job role for particular employee. It's like a family running business. No corporate rule followed. Overall work experience was terrible. Never want to recommend to anyone

It is a real people's company that values its employees, Mrs. Amisha Vora ensures that the communication with the team is clear. Even if the employees have any issues we can go and discuss them with the seniors. Mr. Sandip Raichura was one of the mentors I got there, I despite not being from the industry got an opportunity to improve and understand a lot of things which are essential for marketing. He never spoke rudely or dodged any questions. When I moved to another company whatever I learned under the mentor was very useful to improve. Colleagues are very understanding and helpful, since I was among the first person they hired in the team we got an opportunity to grow the team with designers, developers and agencies where it was required.

I have enjoyed my tenure while working with PL
