The company culture requires a lot of hard work which may pay off somewhere in one's career.

Dislikes

HR policies are not employee friendly. It differs from employee to employee. No development or succession plan for employees. Employee retention is terribly poor. Management has no vision. About 90 percent employees are not happy.
