I like the job as it's very challenging and we can learn many things, you can have work hands full for the whole day.

...hievements and make you feel dipressed rather then encourage you to work harder. When it comes to salery initial pay is way too less compared to market standards. Any extra extra request for a process development is always rejected.

...ery less in hand salary. Avoid this company if you're already working in an OEM. When compared to other tool rooms, salary is better here and you get on time salary.

Dislikes

No facilities of any sort. Medical insurance is name sake, don't depend on it. Food is also not nice. HR is very nice during initial days and later very arrogant. A lot of favouritism happens, only few people close to keep people get better treatment and increment.

Ambience is good. Best place to learn more, better, get good experience in tool &die. Management is good. My first company to learn in design department.
