There was a little job security. The management was and still is horrible. I am talking about it from architects(position) point of view i have no idea about the civil engineers as the company is construction company.

Salary -- Accepted Offer
I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience.
Can I reach out to HR for salary revision after accepting offer? I still have 3 weeks left for joining.
*My interview went really well. But HR low balled just becuase of current salary
