Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

There is no hard work required or no chemicals, it is not harmful to the skin or to your body.

Dislikes

Here, material and equipment for work are not procured quickly and when the work cannot be done, due to lack of equipment, one has to listen to one's , there is no safety here, there is no medical here, there is no traveling here, There is no canteen, this is not the lunch time for shift workers.

worst company. the most of staff behavior is very rude , especially Prerak Agrawal (company owner son) and Pankaj (purchase Department) are office politics oriented person. so please don't go in this company
