... their employees as like as slave.And they won't provide experience certificate.They stop their employees without any notice period and won't provide salary for last month or will provide one month later only.They make us depress.Totally one of the worst company in my knowledge.

... is transparent because our CEO is a very nice person he guide us as a guardian. Along with this company policies are very good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike for the right person.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issue. On the job training is not given to new joinees and HR and tour policies are very poor .

I like that unemployment in India has made this company toget persons at lower cost

nothing is permenant if you have good salary your tenure will be 6 months if less then 50k then you can work for one year , no notice period .

Owner is really hardworking, ground to earth and talks with every employee.

R&D seniors are worst. I have never seen this kind of politics. Older employees whoever are senior they act like a jailor and everytime scold too loudly. It directly affects to mental health.

SALRY ALWAYS COME ON TIME OR BEFORE TIME. THE NATURE OF CEO MR PK AGGARWAL IS VERY POLITE, HE IS A VERY HARDWORKING PERSON.

VERY BAD POLITICS, THERE ARE TWO GOD IN THAT COMPANY (MANAGER IN R&D (BASICALLY DONT DESERVE THE POST BUT BY LUCK THEY ARE MANAGER)), THEY HAVE ARROGANCE MORE THAN RAWAN, THEIR CHELE ALWAY COME LATE AND KEEP SOME ITEM WITH THEN AND START TO POOJA FROM MORNING OF BOTH GOD, IF YOU CANT BUTTERING U CANT SURVIVE THERE. I SPEND TWO YEAR AND I REALLY SHOCKED THE CEO IS HOW MUCH POLITE AND THEIR MANAGER LIKE MORE THAN CEO, I CAN BET IF THEY BOTH WILL LIVE MORE THAN TWO TO THREE YEAR ON THAT COMPANY, COMPANY WILL BE PERMANENTALLY CLOSE. REALLY FEEL BAD FOR SUCH HARDWORKING AND POLITE CEO.
