Scarcely there is anything which I liked there, worked for almost 2 years still no advantage. They said no deduction for leaves but i have seen cases where deduction was made for leaves that too on emergency leave

...me which have no agenda or purpose; No allowance for overtime 6 days working No other basic benifits like insurance, bonus, No written policy (change policy without any discussion according to owner's will)

There policies, it changed each and everyday. There are separate policies for all the persons. There is no growth and career.
