More pressure & Lot of politics. The infrastructure of company is not good. Job training is not given to new joinees. Employee facilities are nothing.

Very bad politics in PPRM Top management is very bad Like B.S verma always busy in chewing tobbaco no matters where company growth going only salary matters And last one plant head Sinha C Always doing work to safe own job Even a helper insult him no matter for him salary matters

Good drawings and machine knowledge

Shift timings early comming and late going to home as per hr policy 8hrs shift timings but after you got selected you willl never go on you home at fix time you must take take your 2hrs extra time on daily basis.very bad for shift timing. So personal work life balance is not good after join this company

work life balance , not a good mediclaim plan for employees , no good provident fund saving of employees . basic payment is less (salary breakup is not good)
