We can gain the knowledge about rolling mill application & large size assembly's. Salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

More pressure & Lot of politics. The infrastructure of company is not good. Job training is not given to new joinees. Employee facilities are nothing.

Work culture is not good. Everytime people is talking about other vacancy because of insecurity of job. Too much unwanted pressure. Too much politics. Those who can survive in politics you can handle the situation.
