The company is good to work in industry, I would like to share that I am part of a team that market reliable, high quality product & has global client base.I used to travel to do audit on projects.

Compensation is decent,but growth is also slow.The work pressure is very high, sometimes I worked over night for all operational reportings.Everyday used to attend so many calls from client,my team.Managers do not value individuals.i do receive appreciation from my client for completing 100% execution with in TAT.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.5 year work in company i had no growth.in this 5 year,IIworked in the project for 5 years ITC, transfer four times to jabalpur and indore.after this my project was changed sent to AMUL project. AMUL project closed in 9 month.After this i did not good jobes.

Some Expenses and another expenditure like i spent my personal money for traveling to meeting every month,but company not give reback totally amount how i spent,they're decided some slabs, that is not adjustable that is wrong.

Ppms Merchandising Has many offices in Mumbai and is well maintained and growth oriented in all aspects of advertising...for the client as well as for its employees.As an employee,i am working here from many years and have never felt job related insecurity,the manger level coordination and correspkndance is open on both ends,so never an problem interacting with any problem which is solved instantly which thus creates an clear path towards compketing the client work,which is the aim and with complete dedication and hard work...achieved.. Kudos and love in being with an organistation like PPMS and look forward in being with it for an long long time

There are and will always be some problems with some objective or some work being not completed or not completed on time..which will always be the aim.While in this company,due to open minds working nature and no problem in interacting with our superiors and getting small problems and obstacles,is very easy to discuss and eradicate.We have always been listened to and problems have always been discussed to sort out.Thus,thats why i always love to work and be an part of an wonderful organisation like PPMS.

5 year ka experience hone pr bhi inko lagta h ke hum company k liye kuch kam ke nahi he.. or company se bina koi reason ye log nikal dete he..
