Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

...ter to be labour instead of teacher. Because you will get your payment everyday. Even a labour get the same salary even for a month i.e. 15k. I am really feeling bad. Because this was my first official job. I was excited. But nothing can be done. I learnt that you should always be careful in work place.

Difficult to figure out the positivities, since the work atmosphere is so poor.

Dislikes

No transparency, no job security, nothing is organised, everything is last moment, no work-life balance, teachers are working from 7 am till night. No Saturdays off. Bad experience I had. Teachers are treated bad.
