Only the bonus-which u will get in the month of Dec. You will get salary every month for sure but date is not fixed(it will be credited between 3- 10 of every month )

Dislikes

You would get only one leave in a month, they have no Indian festivals holidays(no holidays on Independence Day and Republic Day),Internal politics is too much. The office is filled with unprofessional individuals.Think twice thrice before joining their tech team. Note- This review is not only for QA team(TBH - QA team is far better than all other teams present in the office), it's is for all the teams present in their offices like -developer ,billing,account ,support and DBA etc.

As I have rated Pozitive is a very good place to work with good salary packages and work life balance as it gives two week offs but work culture is not up to the mark and can say is not professional at all.

Dislikes

Work culture and unprofessional conduct of many employees and management ignore that.

Likes

People are really cooperative from seniors to juniors. Everyday you can learn something new just be open to learning. The industry is so wide trust me 3 years of experience may also get less.

After joining forget about work life balance. Instead be ready to work 15-16 hours.

Only remuneration and attitude of HR

Dislikes

Company needs huge improvement in terms of its management style towards employees. Need to hire good Managers instead of promoting the dear ones. Highest ever attrition rate I have experience in any organisation since I started working more than 12 years. No gratitude to employees, only shows an impression of favour while talking to higher Management. Need to improve one of company's director on ethical ground.
