...was followed stretching, almost 2-3 hours everyday. Had to work on weekends too. Salary date is 23rd of next month (if you work for Jan, your salary is paid on 23rd of Feb, 18th if sal is less than 35k and 23rd if more than 35k). This company is good if you are happy with mediocre things and dont aim to go higher in life.

Flexible working hrs means no work life balance. Have to co ordinate with team members even though you are having lunch Salary is credited to account on 20 of the subsequent month Senior are always busy not available to help No proper rnd on new technologies before applying

Work environment it's 👍 , but there only having fix night shift for 10 hours . Which can be excluded they wants upto 8 hours . 👎

Provided fund (PF) they not provides above 18k salary. Which can they do all overs .

No job security, No pf, No transport facility, no experience count in market, poor management, no gym, no work cultural..... Think before you joinnnnnn😇👍

It was worse decision in my life to work with powerweave. In this pandemic they kept us on leave without pay. Neither paying since may nor transfering to another process. They have to thing for all employees not only favorites.

...out pay subbatical leave. The company could also shift us to another department. The company did not even give us salary in this subbatical leave and not even terminated from the company but the subbatical period on mail kept increasing every 2 month. Because of this there was loss of time.
