Worst company and work will be doing job of peon, office boy, delivery boy and even sometime have to help to clean office also so don't waste time in this organisation.

...hey don't care of there employees they shamefully ask others to do other work. Salary is not on time. Entry time is fixed but exist time is long hours because meeting will be done only after working hours and worst part is HR department they give false promises and even not having manners at all. They will ask you to visit but they will not pay u they will ask you to pay and they pay you these amount after few months. Hopefully this will help you guys

I am working as a technical supervisor. My technical team is most well balanced. If I am is in problem so my team is help me time to time. Working in this company as a technical supervisor is most interesting. It is best for career growth.

Dislikes

The work pressure is high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day. Managers do not value an individuals unique straingths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Also no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.
