They are not giving Appointment letter on joining date.. it takes them 3-6 months to confirm an employee Also salary date is 15, which is very late Zero job security Also Forcing to give 5 star on website All website reviews are fake Please don't go there for interview

... with this company for a year, and my experience was really pathetic, and worst. Powermaster Hire competitor’s employees for any salary hike and there only a is to get competitor sales data and other information from these employees and terminate or forced them to resign within few months of working. This is the company which has worst human relation with their employees, vendors, and even their customers. I have seen this is the only company who motivate their employees by paying rewards and cash for posting fake reviews in the favour of Powermaster by their friends and family members on ambitionbox.com . Promotor of a company used to abuse their senior managers with such a dirty and down grade language of F**k, BC, MC, or equivalent etc.and that also in front of female staff members. They had laid off their one of employees who was working with them for more than 10 years experience in just 1 day (no Notice) with excuse that they have more manpower in the company now… This company has no formal HR Policy. They check personal mobile phone of most of their staff members to check with whom they speak. They exploit their workers and staff members so badly that many of their employee’s personal life has suffered badly due to poor health or family relations . Powermaster is non-professional and negative energy company. Freshers should never step into this company at any cost or else their career will be spoiled. And experienced people should avoid this company as their senior management people don’t know how to respect their employees. Do not get impressed by their office Buildings or infrastructures which are made to showcase for candidate coming for an interview. I am sure they will not last longer in this market. They should change their company tag line from BUILD TO LAST to BUILD TO WASTE… I would have given - ve star rating to this company, if that option would have been available in ambitionbox. They don’t deserve a single star rating as well.

...curity, Very poor management and very disturbing culture every employee work in fear that this time theirs salary won't be on hold.

No freedom of work, for every decision you want to make we must take permission of owner so that he won't abuse you for your decision. Trust me working for them is a nightmare. They keep conducting interviews because nobody choose to stay in company. Hr have a mentality that even if you work hard for them you should be greatful to them bcz they are paying you.

Nothing. If you want give away salary for all your hardwork then you can definitely join in this company. Workked for this company during covid out of country. Still haven't paid my salary for the same period also sacked for no reason. Salary also not in time. Cheap director & Hr. They are expert in selling in cheap quality products for good price and in return they blame the staff for poor quality in front of client. Banned in UAE due to same quality reason and selling counterfeit products of different brand

...ld never grow, they are non technical and don't know a single thing about work.. They cut down salary of hard working employees and staff for petty reason like not parking vehicles properly outside factory (which is in on road btw), housekeeping etc all wierd reasons.. And gift them luxury cars during financial crunch time (covid) and tell employees about not having funds. An ex employee 15yrs old who worked for their company died due to covid in august and was paid 3lac as compensation & final settlement.while he forced & threatened staff of they do not join in. They will be sacked.. IF YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR SELF RESPECT KINDLY GO AHEAD JOIN THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY PROFESSIONALLY EXPERIENCED GUYS

Worst Company. Owner treats there employees as Cockroaches & Mosquitoes. Salary provided is equivalent to Peanuts & Owner (DSA) shouts every time like a Rabid Dog. Don't understand how couple of people with low self esteem are working there from decades. I know very well as the fixed employee's are thinking, that its there fate to work in such worst environment till there retirement. it's like a Chinese manufacturing company in INDIA. There products are not reliable & defective. Many Customers have BLACKLISTED Powermaster due to defected equipment's supplied by them.
