New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. Lack of management..no rules..nd there is no groth..nd 3 years of bond is compulsory if u dont do that thand they will hold your sallery...

No facility is given in the company very bad condition.there is a staff bus service but only senior worker can go in it..
