Company policy is worst. No one is happy with policies. No grace period for in-punch, they deduct half day salary for one second late mark. While leaving company they treat employees like criminal, they ask huge amount while leaving company. Very toxic culture.

The workings atmosphere and the colleague are nice.

Salary benefits , appraisal and benefits are very low. One thing you will get for sure and that is disappointment. The policies of this company are very worst. When you resign from here your Relieving process will be very worst you will have to wait for 2-3 years for your FF settlement .

This company is provide man power. Work culture of company is too bad, they don't support any type of your problem as well as hiring time they shows big package and told you all fake thing, after you join your salary other than you decided. Then if you talk about salary they don't recieve your call. They did poor policy, no one policy on employee side. All policies are in company side. They don't share any extra money shared to customer for employee. Very cheap company & more cheap their policy.

Good for experience person, freshers are not happy with bond because their documents make they unhappy, salary good for everyone when geting on time.

Overall it is good for experience person, Embaracing moment when customers said about materials duplicate etc.

:-Company used to train freshers to the wind industry,thus giving opportunities to work in this sector. It does mainly operation and Maintenance of wind Turbines.(O&M). :-Companies vision is really good and is to contribute some to socials' wellbeing.(especially CEO s vision is to empower Corporate Social Responsibility) :-{You should be aware that Most of the Wind Turbines are located in Remote areas,and also should aware of the physical stress of climbing 90 to 100metre tower(avg:-300 feet)before joining in this industry as an regular troubleshooting engineer} :-Though in India currently it's dimming industry(over taking by solar,)but outside India Wind has an profitable market, especially offshore-Wind(And In India also will it will boom if Offshore comes.)

...nal documents from fresh candidates to prohibit them from leaving the company. :-Theirs pay scale is really low as compared to other Indian as well as outside company in the wind industry. :-Management is not so efficient and least cares about the site employees and also doesn't cares about company.And are more focused on only self pocket.
