Work Life balance and lot of leaves

Dislikes

Nothing is good, Lots of politics and leg pulling, middle level can push you upto any level, credit of your complete hard work will be taken by your manager, unexperienced middle management. Office location is such you will feel like a daily wage labour, potholes are always overflowing at the entrance, no parking, overall not advisable to join.

Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am part of a team that markets reliable and has a a global client base. company always arrange the training session for employees. Work environment is great in the company & for appraisal, company really think about employees. We never nervous against appraisal. Job security - I never feel such job security before other companies.

Dislikes

Finance & Accounts department are very slow to work, they didnt get ownership for their work. For approval, we have waiting a whole day. They received auto generated mails regarding order, payments, approvals but still we have to make calls & sending mails for reminding.
