The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role
It was an accidental slip. A teammate mentioned her CTC while we were chatting casually. Same designation, same team, joined after me but her salary was almost 30% more. My stomach dropped. Desi tactics that if they are paying two rupees (literally only two rupees) they need 4 hours of work for it. They don't have a proper hierarchy and have no senior who can teach you anything. While being an intern you will be asked to work on projects for which company takes money from client and if you mess up which obviously you will because you are an intern, they will tag you as "incapable". No professional ethics. They want employee to be present sharp at 9 but have no time for leaving. They won't pay you for overtime but will surely make deductions for leaves. This company will only give you mental health problems. If you care about your mental health, I would suggest you to not join them on their undefined path. They take any ....ANY project that comes along even if they don't have a specified workforce to handle it or not. Kindly pay this comment a second thought before joining them.
