Nothing at all , company is terribly fraud ...many of my college didnt get salary for 6 ''''4 month and its 2 year past ...even landlord is having heavy due as a rent .....don't go for this firm they don't have any HR except one HR and one accountant ....

Here Management do the fake promises. They give the appraisal letter but not give the incremental salary. After giving appraisal letter, they said to be wait and given the incremental amount after 6 month or 1 year, After that, they did not give the incremental amount.

I have been working with this organization, there is no progress, no satisfaction, if i talk about job security it means, i am talking about to touch a moon. So people can join it be can not be there for long term employment, what ever they do.
