I worked as a trainee in posoco job security, work culture and management is very good. I also like the employees.

Dislikes

There is no pressure for the work. Sometimes I have to work in very high pressure. My seniors are very good.

As a computer graduate I wanted to work in Data and automation field and POSOCO is producing huge amount of real time data from the Grids & also I have lots & lots of opportunities to grow my knowledge and career here. People here consider and value my work and encourage me to do experiments and higher studies. I am happy to join Power system operation corporation.

Dislikes

Only thing I dislike about posoco is it's HR team, they are not too much motivated to do their job which sometimes creates problems.
