Good companies only salary delays but work culture is familyer and most things as per given target by client we are achieving timely.

...ost individual performance. Appraisal system should be transparent and unbiased. So many perks which was earlier available to employees such as Tour Allowance, Bonus, Incentive has been completely forgotten the company should keep it to gain employees trust.

Extra duty hours but no over time.

Field staff is supportive. Shift interchange is allowed.

Usually salary credit is late. After resignation they don't support. Hr dept. Is not supportive at all. They just wait for higher authority intervention.
