i have greatly enjoyed my time in the company. I learned alot during my time. They always encouraged me that i can do more which led me to develop more skills and also appreciated me. The office parties, the cricket matches so that we get along with each other was the best part. It was a fun office not like a regular 9-5 job. If i would not have decided to move out of the city i would have never left power gummies.

I have been working here since last 1.5 yr and I have observed that upper management is so supportive in every sense. At the time of joining I knew its a start up and it will going to be a demanding job, which includes extra time and support, I did my best and got promoted in just 6 months. I have seen people taking appraisals twice a year which usually is not a practise in corporates. Management teaches you like a teacher not only to the employees but to the candidates who are coming to interviews as well, whether they got selected or not but surely they will go home leaning something new. I would highly recommend this company to work with because the leaning and growth you get here you will not get anywhere.

While working here at Power Gummies, I got to learn a lot. The opportunities management gave me to learn & grow, are beyond writing them here in words, It's that good. Timely appraisal, fun at the office, team outings, employee-to-management bonding, colleagues' friendliness are something that I have to mention about office culture.

After leaving office, colleagues complaining about culture is heart-breaking while they don't mention what was lacking in themselves.

This is the first company where i can relie on my growth and learning path. So much to learn, colleagues are supportive, office premises is also very attractive and yes, management always gives you chance to learn more, give your suggestions. I organized alot of events which is very fruitful for you as a employee Overall…it’s a good experience for me

The most terrible company I have ever been with is Power Gummies. The manager’s toxic atmosphere means that females and young girls are often harassed, and comments about their looks are commonly inappropriate. Those in charge of this company include Mr. Kapil Mittal and Mrs. Ankita Chaudhary who cannot efficiently steer the organization to success but seem determined to steal Divij Bajaj’s money for themselves alone. Coercion of staff into working late hours and delaying payment of salaries by 20-25 days without fail are other common practices at Power Gummies. Asking questions about your rights at work can lead to dismissal sometimes.
