They asked me to leave the company without any reason, out of nowhere hey stopped the project and did not offer any option for working. I wasn't the only one loosing the job, the whole team was thrown out. Didn't give any opportunity to learn new things or develop new skills, also questioned my honesty over the bills I submitted against petrol allowances.Pathetic company with no proper management plans and company which doesn't support the resources working with them. A big NO to join such organisation, I am not working since 6 months co of that unprofessional dismissal.

Dislikes

Very pathetic work culture, no proper management, compensation wasn't regular and post spending from our pocket they will question about petrol bills, a Big NO to join here.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Colleagues come from various culture backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Growth is slow, Managers and Management do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of time.

Likes

The organisation culture work ethics are best. Management is extremely supportive for the one who r willing to take up challenges and explore new ideas. Management and senior people are courteous and encourage everyone. Amount work is too much but no one ever get stressed of work.
