Too much work pressure and late sitting is there even till 11pm & seniors are appreciated & receive increment, no respect shown to juniors rather are hurled abuses by the management.

Being a fresher, instead of sitting jobless at home u can opt for this company with ur last priority

Worst thing is u can cannot explore much, there is a wide limitation & gaps, as company is also small scale and a limited employe Office there is no organised work, each work is repeated again & again bcoz of no proper planning, If u are smart enough to handle all the politics then go for it
