Very professional, believe in maintaining the the "best practices" in all spheres of activity. I had over a period of time earned the respect of all superiors, peers and reportees and was always there to help them when ever an issue arose. Considering that the employee force is an amalgam of various ethnicities, each day used to be a delightful learning experience.

Dislikes

For an expatriate, career growth is stagnant, particularly t the senior levels as those positions are reserved for local Saudis. Once an employee reckons with that and is able to adjust to that, the remaining is smooth sailing.
