Nothing to like, Only Salary on time.

Dislikes

No work culture, No any system of work, they put non-technical person on higher position which will more pathetic for work, If you resign from this company then the GM will hold your salary for requesting him, Ego problem and baseless politics is on prime. If you leave the company then on final settlement they will not give you any holiday, Sunday money.

There is a lot of political and management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Not so much. only in place of nothing something is better.

Dislikes

NO mean of hard working. Community and castecisum in peak position. No any company decorem. No any mean of knowledge.No any future for employee.
