... appreciate your work. He doesn’t know how to behave and speak with employees. He never gives salary on time, it used to feel like we have to beg for our own hard earned money. No casual leave was given, he will not even give you a single day casual leave, he will tell you that he will give casual leave only after completing 1 year in the firm and normally most of the employees here have left the firm before completing even 4 months. He will change the rules as and when he feels like changing them. For petty cash matters also he will interfere and used to always wait to cut salary. Also, even if your late by 15-20 mins he will expect you to call and inform him. He used to call daily on landline to keep a check on employees whether everyone has reached on time or not and will sit on your head the whole day when you are working. writing this to save people from the toxic work culture in this firm. Think twice before joining here.
