I heard good things from old friend and the employee who works with them but from February 2020 things are changed they start delaying our salary I joined them in January 20 and I got my first payment in month of March which is my January months salary, they gave reason that client's delaying their payments and this is why we unbale to pay on time. We are supporting our studio as we are working as a family we support them but from March to till this date I didn't get paid almost 4 months now. In this situation after asking and demanding again and again they gave me 15k as a essential money. We support our studio to finish up their incomplete project without getting paid. Still they don't have money to pay me. How could I survive but nobody cares. Whole VFX industry is in the hands of unprofessional people's they are skilled in exploitation. We are always underpaid. LOCKDOWN is a great excuse to all employers.
