Dislikes

Micromanagement. Work done well leads to more work being alloted and more work and some more work while degrading the employee for stuff they are not responsible for. Always finding fault. Hardly ever acknowledging the hurdles you face in getting your work done. Never trying to understand the whys, always saddling the junior most contractual employees who work the most and work the best, with all the blame. Blatant favoritism. Junior employees miss out on learning opportunities due to conflicts among seniors.
