- Worst office culture. 1)Management is worst,they dont listen you, 2) (Female)HR doesnt have that kind of thing which needs to be there such as leadership, lacks communication etc. 3)Even after saving the cost or improvement at the end of resignation...IT DOESNT MATTER ..they dont treat fairly,one small mistake ,you'r gone. There are many more points to be written here.. I don't want to waste my time writing here..

Nothing is like factor in this company.

Dislikes

Job is not suitable for long term purpose, because employee would be suspended suddenly by not giving prior notice. Dismissal from employment at any time. No any job security. Work culture is also very bad.
