No Professional management. - The people were unhelpful & staff was rude including your dept manager. - Thery didnt give respect to the employees. - There is no work life balance . - behind the scenes, too much politics are happened , I can't even get explain. - Better to resign & Switch next company -

1) Company management 2) Their is no service team for handling, then what is the role of service manager? 3) No respect for senior 4) very causual behaviour towards the senior 5) No travelling policy or health policy provided 6) No one follows SOP seriously 7) Very poor environment for carrer 8) No skill development

1)Management is worst,they dont listen you, 2) (Female)HR doesnt have that kind of thing which needs to be there such as leadership, lacks communication etc. 3)Even after saving the cost or improvement at the end of resignation...IT DOESNT MATTER ..they dont treat fairly,one small mistake ,you'r gone. There are many more points to be written here.. I don't want to waste my time writing here..

Job is not suitable for long term purpose, because employee would be suspended suddenly by not giving prior notice. Dismissal from employment at any time. No any job security. Work culture is also very bad.
