absence of standard salary structure salary may vary for same position and experience . Lack of control over local politics amongst employees that create ill work environment. Absence of employee re-hire policy. The work pressure is very high employee have to work extra hours daily and have to work on weekand. That to without any compensation

Work life balance is little better than my previous companies

Work culture & Company culture is becoming toxic day by day. Senior management focusing on disturbing personal life of employees. There is nothing we can learn from Posco except politics

Excellent place to work, provided many facilities to the employees. All the staff is co-operative and very good, always support to others.

Promotion is not as per the experience. If any employee join, he or she has to join from Executive level and not given promotion for first 3 years from joining.

Although there is good job security, company sticks too much on policies. That results in to disadvantage many time for employees.
