There is a work process in POSCO company. Any work is done safely. Care is taken to avoid any damage or accident. And hr sir, md sir treats everyone like a friend.
Posco maharashtra steel is words largest company in steel setor. very good experience for me this company staff is very good behavior. This company safety SOP is very good and strict. And company working system fast and safe. This company care about our employees. With Posco We are the Posco. And safety first.

Company offers a high level of job security. Company have a robust machinery & production line. Career wise you won't have good growth & salary but on other hand the burden on employees is very less as compared to other companies of same field.
The main reason for which i left POSCO was its plant location which was not offering basic amenities around it

... huge scope in development of team leaders instead of developing team members. With positive feedback system work on removing employees grievances about facilities like food, transportation, accommodation, health issues, insurance, benefits, safety, Salary, increments, promotion s. After solving problems give feedbacks. Counseling requires by top mgmt of team leaders and HODS. If you want real change in company culture take periodically survey. Here annual employee satisfaction Surveys are biased as company mgmt. asks to say favorable comments about them as if results reach to HQ KOREA there will be impact on GMs. It's Very unfair. How can you Change systems if you ask employees to give biased feedbacks? Stop corruption from yourself. Focus on improving these mention points. It's real and genuine feedback by wellwisher.
