Best Quality Steel Manufacturer of India, Excellent Job security, Korean Management is excellent, Young Workforce, company providing better facilities to employee compared with competitors.

Salary is poor/avarage for Employee below Managerial positions (less than they deserve, working for 8-9 years in company) and more for managers ( Higher than they deserve compared to value they brings to the table), Korean Management is supportive but Indian management is pathetic. No person in HR is from IIM or any other reputed university or having experiance working in similar company in an industry. Most of them are recruited by each other references and can't even speak proper English, some HR peoples are eating gutkha on regular basis. Indian HR management needs to change in order to improve companies internal structure, they are manipulative and self centred, most of policies are according to their understanding of how employee should be or what is best for employee. If employee talk about his salary, they will ask you to leave this company.

Company is not good for freshers who shart career with POSCO. Salary structure and professional growth is average and management policies are terrible for lower range employees

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a work process in POSCO company. Any work is done safely. Care is taken to avoid any damage or accident. And hr sir, md sir treats everyone like a friend.

... contract workers do not speak in a formal manner and behave in a normal manner. In terms of work, the salary does not increase systematically.
