Bus facilities are not available on all routes. No Canteen facility. It's uncertain if they'll give increments, but if they do, they'll be processed very late, possibly 6 or 8 months later. Worst Management. The current safety head will be putting his finger in all departments, including HR, security, production, and so on.. Worst engineering controls. Worst chemistry. No Real Preventive Maintance to equipment’s. High accident probability Manufacturing blocks.

Previously Porus Was Good And Excelent From Past Few Years not showing good results to employees they treated employees like dogs

increments was not good, Job Security was Terrible, No Skill will develop, No Leaves, Very Much Hard to Work in this company

Management good support some times management has taken horrible decision so it's impact company reputation spoiled. Mr Shrinivasan excellent person sometimes so angry man.

There is no limit to work in any department

There is no timing we want to work day and night. Company don't have department, only exist in documents and there is not reporting person according to your level ( i worked as a executive engineer in projects but I wan wanted to report to fitter in maintenance he not even know what is project and want is maintenance)
