I worked in this company for just 1year ....No Bad opinion or bad situation I faced but due to some company projects loss we left the organisation with proper benefits and all .

Only salary comes timely else everything is full of politics the worst environment experience of my life here only that employee can work who is zero in performance and excellent in politics and one more thing company has filled such useless employee in management who are least interested in working and highly interested in politics.

Dislikes

Diplomatic and parcial behaviour of management and worst environment in entire company which is something below the lavel of maturity and professionalism.

The leaders and managers are good. Porter always welcome new ideas and support you to become better person every day. There is no barrier between upper level management and executive they can directly reach out to them and talk about their problems

Exposure to learning of new skills and provided authority to initiate new things for the growth of the city as far as Porter is concerned. The company focused on employees as assets.

Dislikes

They are not offering a salary to par experienced employees as per market standard.
