Only salary comes timely else everything is full of politics the worst environment experience of my life here only that employee can work who is zero in performance and excellent in politics and one more thing company has filled such useless employee in management who are least interested in working and highly interested in politics.

Diplomatic and parcial behaviour of management and worst environment in entire company which is something below the lavel of maturity and professionalism.

Exposure to learning of new skills and provided authority to initiate new things for the growth of the city as far as Porter is concerned. The company focused on employees as assets.

They are not offering a salary to par experienced employees as per market standard.

Process is good. Company have good ethics to manage every process. Salary on time, no hidden politics inside

All managers are poor in quality. Promotion only will those ppls who have good bond with managers. No promotions at all.
