Company enviorment is to good all managers and team leaders are more supportable. No any issues regarding to salary, appraisal and no work pressure. And trainers is too good.

Dislikes

Main issue is that salary is very low and here six days working while other Mnc company provide five days. Other wise all is good.

Only one thing I dislike about porteck india infoservices that they do very low appraisal.

They give salary that’s enough and big thing

Dislikes

No promotion, no learning they put you in a such situation that you won’t be able to leave the job. The company has poor infrastructure. They don’t provide any food. They don’t have any cafeteria or Food vendor. And there is no PF deduction.

Overall the company is ok. There is no pressure from senior manager or manager. Permanent work from home. Manager understands the issues for leave and provides it.

Dislikes

There are two reasons that makes this company a bad one. First of all, Mr Yashpal Bisht who is in the HR management team. The person with less knowledge of communication. He won't give any response either on calls or on WhatsApp if there is something urgent to talk about. Then comes the most disastrous person Mr Karamjeet Singh who is SME in the company but thinks of himself as the director of the company. He doesn't have the basic etiquettes of how to talk. Moreover, of there is urgent case to work and you ask for his help, mostly there will either be no electricity or wifi in his house. But if there is same reason from any junior employee he will start shouting and saying it's not the headache of the company. If anyone joins the company it's good but please try to avoid this person. You can talk directly to the senior managers if you need any help.
