My abilities of work were not recognized. Low monitoring of management. Biased work culture. No growth on job security. Managers have a habit of bluffing. HR policies are very outdated.

...s late or travelling for same. Whenever need leave inform them u will get leave. No tension or issues in salary as we are payroll workers. Better place to work

One of the worst company I have seen in my life, No Proper Statutory, No Job Security for the employees, if they dislike the employee, will terminate them with internal politics.

(Day & Night) ~ No Job Security ~ Role Confusion ~ Internal Politics ~ Miscommunication between team heads. I don't recommend this company to anyone, it will spoil your career.

...nnection between the employees. No one will be there to guide the new employees. After resigning from there I haven't received last month's salary and expenses.
