Due to bulk hiring, incompetence gets overlooked. Compensation is not that great and overall growth is slow. Innovative ideas and suggestions get dampened easily. Teammates are not that helpful so vulnerable candidates..."

It was a mesmerizing experience working for PORR. A decent conmpany run by an excellent management and HR department. Gave me ample opportunities to learn and use my work experience. Proffessional people and know how.

A part of green line underground metro and al wakrah stadium successfully completed two projects. As a safety Officer, undergone trainings I.e;first aid , supervisor and leadership, working at height, confined space . Good working environment, good safety standers achived milion of man hours, zero harm policy.

Good company In general, uses European standards even in middle east and Asia. One advice to them is to avoid Indian management especially in Qatar projects.

Giving away projects to subcon who interns maltreat workers like giving them low salaries and no job security.overall the company is good

Likes

One family in constructing the project to fulfill the target schedule with quality of work. The PORR is a good company and well experiencing in constructing railway, building and etc. it is also complied to the contract requirements and I am happy as one employed during constructing Doha Qatar railway. Indeed as one family.
