I woke two other Hyundai companies. But popular surpass them. For example like salary in Hilton the beginner salary is 3000rs in Hilton is 5000rs and popular 10000rs.

...nce I say, the service manager says, if you can't drop the car resign the job. 2) Salary for work Monday to Saturday from 8:30 am to 8:00 PM for just 12,000 rs. 3)Worst management under b Basil 4) HR give lot of promises during joining after 3 month they forget all the promises 3)Worst work Culture 4) They only care about business business business..... Don't care about customer or employees satisfaction.... 5)Never came to work here......

Worst experience in my life. At the time of covid, they told me to go for 1 month leave without salary . Not only me some of my colleagues too. After 1 month again they told us to take leave. Even though their business ws going good they never considered us. I worked for more than 6 months. They didn't provide me an experience certificate. I struggled a lot to fill my gap and find other job.

Good training and we can learn many new things but management is very bad .not supporting mangers ,especially career growth and salary .hyundai will provide you many training program but the management will refuse you to get trainig mainly from manager side person

...how is running there like RM level managers ,not have a good working atmosphere ,no security in job and salary ,Management employee relation is very bad

Actually there is no such things. Only benefit is that I learned the technical and mechanical things from here, that's helpful.

A lot more to discuss.. First of all lets starts with the company ambience. At least don't have a seperate space for those customers comes there. The office staff's and customers are sitting together. And we , the technicians also don't have a good dressing room,a lunch room. Its shameful to tell the next needs😐 The company only have two properly working toilets.its in the front office side. The customers.the front office staffs ,and the sails staff's.. everyone is using these two. We the working men don't have atleast one. When we have some needs .. I can't talk about the rest. The most needful thing for a mechanical showroom is tools..we don't have proper tools. At the time of my interview they said the working time is 8.50 am to 6 pm, then I said "yeah ok" And then I realised that it's only words. In the morning we have to present there on sharp 8.50 am. If it's late the managers is like.why are you late?and blah blah blah When it's time to stop the work they were like there is a lot more work to be finished and you guy's have to stay late. And now it's been a routine..we can't spend time with our family because of these,
